Description Hawaiian quilt, cotton fabric, jade green design on white background, backing is white fabric. Has some spots. Muted colors reflect the changing taste in color pre- WWI in the development of new dyes within the textile industry. (1988 Shelbourne Museum Catalog)

Object Name Quilt
Provenance Made by a Hawaiian woman who lived in Kaka'ako. Design identical to 84.4.1.NM made by the same woman. This quilt was used in the Yound family.
