Description Hawaiian Quilt: Red embroidery on white. 16 pairs of embroidered ostrich plumes. Extremely fragile. Areas of loss in both the front and back fabrics. The embroidery is in good condition.
Object Name Quilt
Provenance Quilt made by donor's grandmother, Ame (Eme?) Hobbs Maihikoa. It was a wedding gift to her daughter, Victoria Huddy who gave it to her daughter, Ruth Jewett. Donor recieved it from Mrs. Jewett.
